Job summary
Accenture UK & Ireland in Dublin is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager to shape and deliver enterprise-wide HR transformation programs. You will combine HR strategy, operating model, organisation design, workforce transformation, technology, data and AI to reinvent how organisations and people work, delivering better experiences and stronger business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years in HR transformation or related fields.
- Experience influencing CHROs and senior HR leaders.
- Proven ability to lead complex HR transformation in large organisations.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives on HR challenges and create enterprise-wide roadmaps.
- Lead HR strategy, operating model, and workforce transformation engagements.
- Shape tech-enabled HR transformation using AI and automation.
- Manage end-to-end transformation programmes from strategy to delivery.
- Develop evidence-based business cases and value demonstrations.
- Facilitate executive workshops and design sessions.
- Build trusted client relationships across Accenture to address challenges.
- Grow HR Reinvention practice in Ireland and expand market presence.
- Grow and develop high-performing, diverse teams.
