Big 4 Firm in Dublin is seeking a Director-level expert in HR Transformation within its People and Change Service Line. You will lead design and delivery of transformation programs, balancing centralised HR functions with frontline business needs and driving measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep HR operating model expertise, hands-on process redesign, and strong data analytics to guide leadership KPIs and workforce strategy in a dynamic, regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of HR consultancy experience.
• Deep expertise in HR operating models (HRBP/CoE/Shared Services).
• Hands-on HR process redesign for simplicity, scalability and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on exposure to HR technology transformations (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
• Leading development of workforce strategy aligned to business strategy backed by data & insights.
• Strong understanding of external HR transformation drivers including AI, digital disruption, and regulatory change.
• Embedding data, metrics and people analytics into HR decision-making, including linking culture, engagement and capability metrics to business performance and leadership KPIs.
