Job summary

Rippling is expanding its German BDR team from our Dublin hub. As a founding member of the German BDR group, you will shape Rippling's approach to the DACH market, drive outbound engagement, and help establish the playbook for success in Europe.

This is a high-impact, high-velocity role with uncapped earning potential. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales, craft compelling messaging for upmarket prospects, and contribute to Rippling’s ARR growth while leveraging your German language

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German.
• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• Competitive mindset and drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape.
• Craft strategic outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects.
• Partner with Marketing to run targeted outbound campaigns and generate pipeline.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.
• Align closely with your Account Executive to create a strong pipeline and demonstrate.
