Job summary

Rippling in Dublin is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the Global Implementation team. You will work with customers across segments to implement Rippling's global products and drive adoption, delivering a seamless implementation experience.

The role requires at least 3 years in implementation-related roles within HR, payroll, or accounting, and proficiency in English and German or French or Dutch, with strong project management and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles within HR, Payroll, or Accounting.
• Proficient in English and German, French or Dutch; written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in a fast-paced environment.
• You love interacting with customers and always seek to deliver a great customer experience.
• Creative in finding solutions and understanding the why behind customer requests.
• Confidently navigate multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling expert and be the go-to resource for customers within 60 days.
• Own successful launch of Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementations.
• Drive timelines and adoption by understanding client use cases and Rippling best practices.
• Partner with customers and internal Rippling peers for domain expertise.
• Develop and document implementation processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products.
