Clontarf Hospital, a 160-bed voluntary hospital, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to provide professional HR leadership across medical manpower, recruitment, workforce planning, and compliance. The role supports governance, policy, and data reporting within a healthcare environment.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior HR Generalist will drive operational HR activities, ensure compliant Garda Vetting processes, and contribute to workforce planning amidst public sector policies and hospital needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR generalist in healthcare or public sector preferred.
• Ability to oversee end-to-end recruitment and staff onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of Garda Vetting processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience maintaining HR data, reporting, and governance.
• Ability to develop workforce planning and manpower strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical manpower management and rostering coordination.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate Garda Vetting and ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain HR records compliant with HIQA and HSE standards.
• Develop and monitor HR policies, governance, and reporting.
