Job summary

CareChoice is seeking a Full Time HR Generalist in South Dublin to act as the sole HR contact for the Nursing Homes. The role emphasizes GDPR/data integrity, recruitment coordination, and handling IR incidents in line with HIQA expectations.

Based in South Dublin with occasional Head Office days, you will drive HR projects, onboarding, and maintain audit readiness across both Homes while collaborating with the HR Manager and payroll."

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR generalist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data integrity.
• Experience in recruitment and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with IR incidents, disciplinaries and grievances.

Responsibilities

• Act as sole HR contact for Nursing Homes.
• Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Support recruitment initiatives and job fairs in Ireland and EU.
• Coordinate onboarding, terminations and changes in T&Cs.
• Work with Payroll and other departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Maintain audit readiness for both Homes.
