Job summary

Health Service Executive in Ireland is seeking a senior HR leader to drive generalist HR services within a large, publicly regulated environment. The role focuses on delivering expert HR advice, leading HR initiatives, and coordinating across Recruitment, Contracting & Resourcing, Workforce Analytics, and Employee Relations.

The post-holder will contribute to workforce planning and policy implementation, lead change initiatives, and collaborate with senior managers and operating leaders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level within a large, complex HR function.
• Proven experience delivering and implementing generalist HR services and advising senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR services across multiple domains (Recruitment, Contracting & Resourcing, Workforce Analytics, Employee Relations, Health & Wellbeing, L&D).
• Deliver and manage complex HR or organisational programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively in environments with competing priorities and constraints.
• Drive change initiatives including organisational redesign, workforce reform, policy implementation or service improvement.
• Contribute to HR strategies, workforce plans or policy development.
