VANRATH is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a Monaghan manufacturing site. The role offers a competitive salary and scope to influence people strategy within a model factory environment.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, solid knowledge of Irish employment law, and strong communication skills to engage with all staff levels. This on-site position supports a full employee lifecycle and HR projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in manufacturing or operational environments.
• Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and management information.
• Collaborate with managers on performance, talent development, and HR projects.
• Ensure all HR policies comply with current employment legislation and company standards.
