Formación

• 3-5 years' experience as a HR Generalist, ideally within manufacturing or operational environments.
• Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
• Collaborate with managers on performance, talent development, and HR projects.
• Ensure all HR policies comply with current employment legislation and company standards.
