Job summary

VANRATH is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation in Monaghan, seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead the full employee lifecycle and support the people strategy. You will partner with managers to drive recruitment, onboarding, performance development and engagement initiatives in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years HR Generalist experience, a relevant HR qualification, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and management information.
• Collaborate with managers on performance, talent development, and HR projects.
• Ensure all HR policies comply with current employment legislation and company standards.
