Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager on the EMEA Startup team to lead Account Executives expanding relationships with European AI companies across payments and billing.

You will develop consultative sales strategies, build deep knowledge of AI monetization, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to drive go-to-market success. You will hire, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, engaging with executives (CEO, CFO, CTO) to accelerate growth and strengthen Stripe's

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in hyper-growth SaaS or technology environments.
• 10+ years of experience in hyper-growth SaaS or technology environments.
• Demonstrated success managing existing/growth customer portfolios and driving revenue expansion.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong product acumen and ability to articulate complex product capabilities to users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on mentality with a track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term vision for a growing AI GTM team and scale day-to-day operations.
• Lead and manage a team of Account Executives handling AI accounts and new business opportunities.
• Build a high-performing team with a culture of energy and growth; coach and develop sales skills.
• Drive revenue, increase product attach rates, and grow existing clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to influence the product roadmap and growth trajectory.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on AI-native business models and monetization strategies.
