Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager on the EMEA Startup team to lead a high-impact group of Account Executives, expanding Stripe’s AI-focused client base across payments, billing, and beyond. You will guide strategic conversations, scale the AI GTM function, and drive revenue growth with leading AI companies in Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales leadership experience.
10+ years of experience in hyper-growth SaaS or technology environments.
Proven ability to drive revenue expansion with existing/growth customers.
Strong ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to lead negotiations with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term vision for AI GTM team and scale day-to-day operations.
Lead a team of Account Executives managing existing AI accounts and drive revenue expansion.
Coach and develop team in consultative and solution-based sales skills.
Be accountable for revenue growth and product attach rates across AI accounts.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to influence go-to-market strategy.
Serve as internal and customer-facing expert on Stripe's AI-native product capabilities.
Build relationships with executives and provide strategic guidance to customers.
