Job summary

MongoDB’s GTM Operations & Strategy team is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Applied Science group in Dublin. You will own high‑impact analytic workstreams end‑to‑end, from problem framing with senior stakeholders to production dashboards and executive narratives that drive field actions.

Expect hybrid work in Dublin or Cork with global stakeholders. Bring 4–7+ years in analytics or related roles, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience delivering forecasting, segmentation, or scoring

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in analytics, sales operations, data science, or strategy/consulting roles supporting B2B or SaaS go-to-market teams.
• End-to-end analytics projects ownership, from scoping to production deployment and stakeholder adoption.
• Experience presenting to senior commercial stakeholders and turning analysis into concrete business actions.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM questions into analytical projects.
• Partner with GTM Ops, Sales Strategy & Planning, and Sales Leadership to scope problems and prioritize work.
• Structure ambiguous questions into hypotheses and actionable recommendations for executives.
• Design and build scalable analytics and models.
• Develop statistical and ML models that inform forecasts, territory design, and deal prioritization.
• Engineer data pipelines and features on top of the GTM data stack.
• Own core GTM analytics assets and governance of self-serve analytics.
• Turn analyses into decisions and executive-ready narratives.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to validate models and embed recommendations.
• Advance GTM data foundations and leverage new data sources for scoring and routing.
• Collaborate on testing, monitoring, and documentation for GTM analytics.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and training to uplift the analytics org.
