Darwin Hawkins in Dublin is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Analyst to join a broad role focused on improving business systems, streamlining processes and supporting technology initiatives across commercial functions.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to own business systems initiatives, drive process improvements, automation projects, and data quality enhancements within Sales, Marketing and wider commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis.
• Experience with CRM, Sales or marketing systems.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations or integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Interest in automation, AI and improving business processes.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document business requirements for systems improvements.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to understand needs.
• Support implementation, enhancement and integration of business apps.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specs for teams.
• Support testing, issue resolution and delivery of changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting.
• Contribute to broader technology and process improvement projects.
