Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Dublin is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Global Payments Solutions. You will develop and manage a portfolio of Regional Treasury Centre clients, selling GPS products and leading complex deals to drive revenue and margin growth.

The role requires strong GPS, treasury, and payments knowledge, with the ability to structure innovative solutions and collaborate with product, implementation, and client services teams to deliver client value.

Qualifications

Essential: GPS, Sales, or Treasury track record; demonstrably strong product/technical payments and liquidity knowledge.
Ability to structure innovative solutions to complex payments and collections problems.
Demonstrated cash management product industry skills; results-driven and deadline-focused.

Responsibilities

Sell and support GPS solutions to clients in Ireland and other HSBC-operating countries.
Develop and manage a portfolio of Regional Treasury Centre clients.
Lead and/or participate in complex sales and deal structuring (RFI/RFP).
Cross-sell GPS solutions as part of the product mix to new and existing clients.
Assist Relationship Managers in understanding products and positioning for client engagement.
Interact with Product, Implementation and Client Services teams.
Collaborate with GPS Head and Relationship Managers daily.
