Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an Associate Success Manager, Onboarding Scaled — German Speaking, to guide newly signed customers through the early onboarding journey with a focus on German-speaking markets.

You will conduct kickoff calls, align on success criteria, and drive progress toward go-live while leveraging digital resources and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires fluency in German and English, comfort with high-volume onboarding, and experience with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Based in Dublin, Ireland with 2 days per week in-office.
• 1–3+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for high-volume onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify blockers early.
• Comfort with digital engagement tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide new Zendesk customers through the early onboarding journey in German and English.
• Capture customer goals, success criteria, and onboarding priorities; document in Gainsight or systems.
• Support go-live readiness and foundational product adoption across Zendesk products.
• Identify AI readiness and route to Specialists or relevant teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate updates in Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong; follow playbooks and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, Services, Ops, and Product to improve onboarding outcomes.
