Job summary

Autodesk is hiring a Fusion Sales Account Executive to break into new divisions, expand footprints, and close Fusion deals inside assigned accounts. This overlay role may own the entire deal or co-sell with the Account Executive to accelerate opportunities, opening new workflows and driving Fusion deeper into every touched account.

You will work across engineering, operations, manufacturing, R&D, and IT to uncover pain, build champions, and move deals quickly.

Qualifications

Experience in overlay or co-selling motions.
Strong hunting instincts to uncover new workflow opportunities.
Ability to influence multiple levels of customer organizations.
Confidence selling into engineering, design, manufacturing and ops personas.
Passion for cloud-native, AI-powered manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

Hunt inside assigned accounts and prospect into divisions with no Autodesk presence.
Drive Fusion deals end-to-end as primary seller or co-sell with AE.
Build account strategies with AEs and execute joint plays.
Collaborate across engineering, operations, manufacturing and IT to create momentum.
Lead customer conversations around Fusion’s cloud-native platform and outcomes.
Deliver sharp demos with Fusion technical sellers and shape solution fit.
Maintain pipeline hygiene, qualification standards, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
Leverage tools like Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to increase velocity and messaging.
