Job summary

GOAL is seeking a Fundraising Executive (Direct Marketing) to lead and optimize our Individual Giving campaigns across online and offline channels. You will plan, deliver, and measure fundraising appeals, newsletters, donor acquisition, reactivation, and upgrades to grow unrestricted income.

Working with the Individual Giving Manager, you will manage budgets, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, analyse results, and use insights to improve donor journeys while ensuring GDPR

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering direct response fundraising across multiple channels.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge or similar.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and supplier liaison skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of GDPR and fundraising compliance requirements.
• Desirable: experience in Individual Giving and direct mail/email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage integrated fundraising appeals, including emergency appeals and newsletters.
• Coordinate production and delivery of campaign materials across multiple channels.
• Deliver donor acquisition, reactivation, and upgrade campaigns.
• Develop campaign plans, briefs, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, printers, and external suppliers.
• Work with fundraising, communications and other departments to develop engaging supporter communications.
• Support achievement of Individual Giving income targets and budgeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Track ROI and key campaign KPIs; identify opportunities to improve donor retention and income growth.
