GOAL is seeking a Fundraising Executive (Direct Marketing) to lead and optimize our Individual Giving campaigns across online and offline channels. You will plan, deliver, and measure fundraising appeals, newsletters, donor acquisition, reactivation, and upgrades to grow unrestricted income.

The Fundraising Executive (Direct Marketing), within the Individual Giving Team will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising GOAL's direct marketing activities across multiple channels to support the growth of the Individual Giving programme and generate sustainable unrestricted income.
Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, the successful candidate will lead the delivery of fundraising appeals, newsletters, donor acquisition, reactivation, and upgrade campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels. The role will play a key part in strengthening supporter engagement, improving donor retention, and maximising donor lifetime value.
