Job summary

STRAITS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Manager/Senior Manager for Fund Operations & Investor Relations to oversee day-to-day fund administration and investor servicing for a Singapore VCC and private-credit sub-fund.

You will manage operational processes, strengthen controls, resolve issues, and provide reliable investor support in a fast-paced alternative investments environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications or certifications in fund administration, investment operations, compliance or AML/CFT (e.g. ICA, IBF) will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund operations including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions.
• Review NAV reports, reconciliations, fee calculations and expense allocations.
• Investigate operational discrepancies and resolve with fund administrators and providers.
• Monitor cash positions, liquidity and funding obligations.
• Maintain robust operational controls and documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee settlement of investments including drawdowns, interest payments and maturities.
• Coordinate with investment teams, counterparties, banks and service providers to ensure timely transactions.
• Escalate exceptions, risks and operational issues to stakeholders.
