Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking an Investor Services Manager to lead a team delivering end-to-end investor services for hedge funds. You will supervise AML/KYC processes, reconcile transactions, and coordinate with client and NAV teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely responses.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hedge fund administration, with at least 3 in a supervisory role, and a relevant degree. The role offers remote/hybrid options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Address investor enquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Monitor and clear aged items on TA reconciliations.
• Review complex AML/KYC documentation in collaboration with Compliance.
• Oversee investor transactions in HedgeInvestor® and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage multiple client relationships with NAV and QA teams.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance reviews for the team.
• Ensure timely responses to investor audit requests and documentation.
