Quest Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Vice President for its Investor Relations practice in Dublin. The role oversees a portfolio of funds, leads a team of IR professionals and ensures delivery of high‑quality investor services to clients and investors.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Investor Relations or fund administration, PE experience, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; a Finance/Accounting/Business degree is

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience in Investor Relations, Fund Administration or a similar environment.
  • Experience with Private Equity funds.
  • Experience with subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers.
  • Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of funds and oversee all investor-related activities.
  • Lead and support a team of Investor Relations professionals.
  • Mentor team members through training, development and ongoing support.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and investors.
  • Oversee investor onboarding and ongoing investor administration.
  • Manage subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers.
  • Maintain shareholder registers and investor records.
  • Oversee investor payments and other transactions.
  • Manage and respond to investor queries.
  • Review and maintain investor data across transfer agency systems.
  • Ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with clients, auditors, advisers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure investor services are delivered in line with fund documentation and requirements.
  • Set and monitor team objectives and support performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

This role is ideal for an experienced Investor Relations professional with Private Equity experience who is ready to take on a senior leadership position. You will oversee a team, manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality investor services across a portfolio of funds.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
