Job summary

HedgeServ seeks an Investor Services Manager to oversee ongoing Investor Services processes under supervision of Directors. You will handle investor enquiries, reconciliation items, AML/KYC issues, and client reporting, while guiding a team across multiple client relationships.

The role requires a finance/Accounting degree with 5+ years hedge fund experience and strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business degree with at least 2.2 honors.
• Experience in hedge fund administration or equivalent is required.
• AML/KYC training or exposure is a plus.
• Ability to manage client relationships and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Address investor transaction enquiries escalated by Supervisor or Administrator.
• Ensure all aged items on TA bank reconciliations are addressed promptly.
• Address AML/KYC documentation issues with Compliance/MLRO as needed.
• Review Investor Transactions on HedgeInvestor® and Redemption Schedules.
• Review and release wire transfers and ensure timely investor reporting.
• Manage multiple client relationships and recruit/train staff.
