Job summary

RevUp Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced fundraising and investor relations professional to drive capital-raising across institutional clients and professional investors in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

The role requires a proven track record, deep product knowledge across equities, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset strategies, and the ability to manage the full fundraising cycle with cross-functional teams. A strong network and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• 5-10+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, business development or distribution within asset management or financial services.
• Proven track record in raising capital from institutional or professional investors.
• Strong understanding of investment products such as equities, fixed income, alternatives, private markets or multi-asset strategies.
• Established network across institutional investors, family offices, private banks, wealth managers or other investor channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong business development and networking capabilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing fund distribution and investor communications.]

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives for the firm's investment strategies and funds across institutional and professional investor segments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, fund platforms and other distribution channels.
• Identify and develop new investor opportunities across Singapore and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
• Manage the full fundraising process from initial investor engagement through to subscription and closing.
• Prepare and deliver fund presentations, investment materials, and investor updates.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Investment, Product, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams for investor communications.
• Organise investor meetings, roadshows, conferences and other business development activities.
• Monitor fundraising pipeline, investor feedback and market trends; report to senior management.
• Support ongoing investor relations, including portfolio updates and performance discussions.
• Develop an understanding of investment strategies and competitive landscape to articulate the proposition.
• Ensure fundraising communications comply with regulatory and internal requirements.

Our client, a well-established asset management firm is seeking for a fundraising specialist!

Job Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives for the firm's investment strategies and funds across institutional and professional investor segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, fund platforms and other key distribution channels.
