Job summary

StepStone is seeking a Senior Associate for Private Debt – Fund Accounting in Dublin to perform shadow accounting, daily fund oversight, and reconciliation with fund administrators. You will liaise with professionals across StepStone and coordinate with cross-office teams.

The role requires strong valuations, fee modeling, and reporting controls, plus experience in FX hedging, data integrity, and junior staff oversight. Excellent Excel/Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in a comparable role.
• Bachelor degree in finance or mathematical-related subject.

Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain monthly valuations of private debt funds and fund of funds (shadow accounting).
• Review management and performance fees calculation and implement complex fee models.
• Responsible for reporting and control of private debt and fund holdings.
