Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager for a Private Equity / Private Markets portfolio in Dublin. The role combines technical fund accounting oversight with client management, team leadership and on-time reporting.

You will oversee NAVs, capital calls, distributions and waterfall calculations for a portfolio of PE and Private Credit funds, collaborate with managers, administrators and auditors, and coach junior staff to strengthen controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical grounding in alternative investments.
• Experience in Fund Administration / Fund Accounting or Audit with PE/Private Credit exposure.
• Knowledge of fund mechanics, NAV, capital calls and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of NAVs and related fund accounting deliverables.
• Lead a portfolio of Private Equity and Private Credit funds, providing senior client contact on accounting matters.
• Coach and develop fund accounting staff and ensure strong controls and timely reporting.
