Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Private Markets, Asset Management or Investment Reporting.
• Strong understanding of private debt and investment structures.
• Experience with large financial datasets and advanced Excel/Power BI.
• English proficiency; German a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver portfolio reports and analytics for clients.
• Manage the reporting cycle for client portfolios with accuracy.
• Analyze portfolio performance and key metrics.
• Resolve data discrepancies from various sources.
• Improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for portfolio information.
• Support automation and process improvement projects.
