Job summary

StepStone seeks a Senior Analyst or Associate to join our Dublin Fund Finance team. You will negotiate, execute, and oversee fund-level financing facilities including subscription lines and NAV facilities.

Responsibilities include managing facilities, maintaining trackers, and driving process improvements with lenders and internal teams. 3–5 years in fund finance is desired; Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant fund finance, lending, treasury, or fund operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring, negotiation, and execution of subscription line facilities and NAV-based financing.
• Take ownership of management of existing facilities.
• Maintain internal trackers for covenants, reporting obligations, and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve operational issues from facility management, restructurings, or lender requirements.
• Improve workflows, reporting processes, and tracking tools to enhance accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with fund accounting, legal, investor relations, and technology teams to streamline processes.
• Support automation and digitization initiatives to reduce manual effort and risk.
