Job summary

StepStone Group in Dublin is seeking an Associate to support portfolio analytics, reporting and data management for private debt and multi-asset client portfolios. You will work with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting and enhance reporting processes and data infrastructure.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/ Economics/Accounting/Business and at least 3 years in Private Markets or Investment Reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in Private Markets, Asset Management or Investment Reporting.
Experience with large financial datasets and complex data analyses.
Knowledge of financial reporting and portfolio reporting frameworks.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Produce and deliver private debt portfolio reporting and analytics for institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with senior team members for the reporting cycle to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Analyze portfolio performance, exposures, cash flows and other key private markets metrics.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across multiple data sources.
Support development and enhancement of portfolio analytics, reporting methodologies and frameworks.
Collaborate with Investment, Research, Fund Accounting and Investor Relations teams for accurate interpretation of portfolio data.
Assist in reporting automation initiatives and process improvements.
Contribute to the StepStone private markets data universe and reporting capabilities.
