Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead Hard FM across a Dublin-based client portfolio. You will manage engineering teams, CAFM administration, and contractors, ensuring compliance, on-time delivery, and financial performance.

The role requires 7+ years in Hard FM, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of statutory health & safety requirements. Monday–Friday in a corporate environment with Sodexo Benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Hard FM/Technical Services
• Strong leadership of engineering teams and contractors
• Experience with compliance, PPMs, reactive maintenance and CAFM systems
• Commercial awareness with budget and service performance management

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Hard FM and technical services across the portfolio.
• Manage engineering teams, CAFM administration, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure PPMs, reactive works and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive SLA/KPI performance, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support mobilisation activities and service improvements.
