Job summary

Simplicity Group is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Republic of Ireland, promoting the Mantis Fleet Risk Intelligence Platform. This is a consultative field sales role targeting fleet operators and commercial organisations to reduce risk and improve performance.

You will own your ROI territory, develop long-term relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development or Field Sales.
• Experience selling fleet technology, telematics or SaaS.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout ROI.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a sales territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured territory business plan across the Republic of Ireland.
• Identify, prospect and secure new fleet customers through proactive business development.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial engagement to contract close.
• Build relationships with Fleet Managers, Transport Managers and senior decision-makers.
• Conduct consultative demonstrations of the Mantis Fleet Risk Intelligence Platform.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM.
