Qualifications

• Experience in BD/SDR or B2B sales.
• Experience in eCommerce or online marketplaces.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns to source high-potential seller-partners.
• Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and articulate platform value.
• Assess seller fit and growth strategies to drive GMV on our platform.
• Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, and activation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarded sellers and their growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly seller acquisition and GMV growth targets (3–6 months).
• Understand the platform, competition, and our market positioning.
