Job summary

Drivalia in Dublin seeks a Relationship Manager to execute the commercial plan for retention, growth and profitability of our fleet leasing portfolio. You will act as a trusted fleet advisor, developing deep understanding of customer businesses and presenting how our solutions can help them.

You will build executive relationships across accounts, manage retention, cross-sell ancillary services, and coordinate tender processes while delivering monthly targets and ensuring excellent service

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior corporate account management role.
• Experience in fleet leasing or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong relationship building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of corporate client base and opportunities for growth in fleet and ancillary services.
• Own and manage retention, incremental growth, cross selling and profitability for your portfolio.
• Lead tender processes and advise on rate book pricing for your customers.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and report performance against targets.
