Leadout Capital is seeking a Customer Risk Manager in Ireland to own a defined portfolio, coordinate with executives, and serve as the primary escalation point for enterprise accounts. The role requires deep cross-functional knowledge and the ability to drive systemic risk improvements.

The position is office-flexible, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week, enabling close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in account management, escalation handling, or related roles.
• Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsabilités

• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve satisfaction.
• Own defined portfolio or territory, ensuring health and outcomes of risk.
• Serve as primary escalation point for enterprise accounts with high visibility.
• Operate as subject matter expert on the Red Account lifecycle and best practices.
• Develop relationships with executive leadership and coordinate actions.
• Provide consultative advice based on cross-functional knowledge and history.
• Identify and drive process improvements addressing systemic risks.
• Track status and resolutions with customers and Salesforce teams.
• Analyze root causes and trends to drive systemic change.
• Balance portfolio with strategic initiatives driving impact.
