Job summary

Alexander Lloyd Limited is recruiting a Senior FP&A Accountant to lead the financial planning & analysis function, driving business partnering and real-time insights for stakeholders. You will own actuals reporting, collaborate with board members, and partner with senior finance counterparts to improve systems and processes.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with exposure to insurance/financial services, ERP upgrades, and month-end responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable business partnering experience.
• Qualified Accountant ACA/ ACCA.
• Audit trained preferably with industry experience current.
• This is not a 1st move from practice.
• Financial services / Insurance would be an advantage but not essential.
• Experience of system/process improvements.
• Experience of using ERP software.
• Experience of managing month end reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering a rapidly growing insurance business to appoint a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant (FP&A) as part of ongoing growth plans this is a newly created position for someone that is seeking a fast paced, agile working environment where you can take ownership of driving the FP&A function and increasing visibility through providing a solid finance business partnering service to stakeholders.

Locations available - Dublin or London (office based role)

Salary benchmarks ranging between £80,000-early six figures base, circa 20% disc. bonus, private healthcare, 12% non contributory pension, additional health cash allowance, well being services available on site plus more ..........................

The Role

• Heavy emphasis on business partnering that will include working with and presenting to board level and non-finance individuals
• Work closely with senior finance counterparts to ensure communication flow and increased insights into the numbers
• Ownership of actuals reporting
• Opportunity to drive improvements linked to systems, enhanced reporting, processes etc.
• Challenge budget / spend
