Elevate Partners is partnering with a private equity-backed international business to appoint an FP&A Manager. Reporting to the VP of FP&A and one step removed from the CFO, this newly created role is central to global planning and performance, turning analysis into clear recommendations and confidently challenging senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include running the global budget, rolling reforecast and multi-year planning, building forward-looking models, preparing monthly management

Competenze

• Qualified accountant with at least 6 years PQE.
• Strong FP&A and/or commercial finance experience in a multi-site, international business.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strong financial modelling skills.
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at every level.
• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is highly desirable.

Elevate Partners is working with a Private Equity-backed international business to hire an FP&A Manager. The business operates across EMEA, the Americas and Asia-Pacific and is growing both organically and through acquisitions, under an ambitious value creation plan.

The Role

Reporting to the VP of FP&A and one step removed from the CFO, this newly created role is central to the global planning and performance agenda. This is a commercial role for someone who can turn analysis into clear recommendations and is confident challenging senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the global budget, rolling reforecast and multi-year planning processes
• Build forward-looking financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing, cost initiatives and capital allocation
• Prepare monthly management packs and Board and shareholder reporting
• Partner with site and regional finance leaders on profitability, pricing, cost and working capital
• Support EBITDA improvement and cost reduction programmes across the group
• Support M&A, due diligence and exit-readiness work
• Deputise for the VP FP&A when needed and guide the wider FP&A team day to day

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 6 years PQE
• Strong FP&A and/or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi-site, international business
• Excellent commercial acumen and strong financial modelling skills
• A confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at every level
