Job summary

Alexander Lloyd Limited is recruiting a Senior FP&A Accountant to lead the financial planning & analysis function, driving business partnering and real-time insights for stakeholders. You will own actuals reporting, collaborate with board members, and partner with senior finance counterparts to improve systems and processes.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with exposure to insurance/financial services, ERP upgrades, and month-end responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable business partnering experience.
• Qualified Accountant ACA/ ACCA.
• Audit trained preferably with industry experience current.
• This is not a 1st move from practice.
• Financial services / Insurance would be an advantage but not essential.
• Experience of system/process improvements.
• Experience of using ERP software.
• Experience of managing month end reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of actuals reporting.
• Work with board level and non-finance individuals to provide insights.
• Partner with senior finance to improve communication and insights.
• Drive improvements to systems, reporting, and processes.
• Challenge budgets and spend where appropriate.
