Job summary

HireForce is partnering with an Irish Plc to appoint an FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This role is ideal for a recently qualified Big 4 accountant making a first move from practice into a commercially focused finance position.

You'll gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, international reporting, and strategic business projects, collaborating with finance teams across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and performance analysis across international business operations.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Analyse financial results, identifying key trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and management information for senior leadership.
• Work closely with international finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
• Provide commercial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
• Support financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives.
• Assist with internal financial reviews and audit-related activities.
• Gain exposure to acquisitions and post-acquisition integration projects.
• Support improvements to reporting processes, financial systems and controls.
• Contribute to automation and digital finance initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.
