Job summary

ACCPRO in Munster, Ireland is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst for their Group Finance function. The successful candidate will report to the CFO and work closely with a global finance team, playing a vital role in the commercial success of the business.

Compensation: c. €80k basic plus pension and health

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Our growing manufacturing client is looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their Group Finance function. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and liaise with a global finance team. You will play a key role in the commercial and strategic success of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting/reforecasting
  • Develop multi-entity and Group budgets, variance analysis and cost optimisation
  • Financial Reporting: create performance dashboards, track key financial metrics, and highlight trends/insights
  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting in-depth analysis of data analytics, evaluating potential investments, and assessing the financial impact of new projects
  • Business partner with key stakeholders (internal/external) and support ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ industry experience
  • Skilled in financial modeling (Excel, Power BI) and accounting (SAP/ERP) software(s)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders at senior level
  • Highly motivated, results and data driven individual
