Job summary

Elevate Partners in Dublin seeks an FP&A Senior Associate to partner with business units, shaping performance through strategic insight and robust planning. You will lead budgeting, multi-year forecasts, and scenario analysis to support growth and investment decisions.

You bring a ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, 5+ years in finance, strong modelling and stakeholder management, and ideally an MBA. The role offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance role.
• Experience in wealth management, capital markets, asset management or the wider financial services sector.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning skills.
• Excellent business partnering skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience using technology to improve reporting and forecasting.
• An MBA or similar is a plus.

We are seeking an FP&A Senior Associate to join a leading Irish financial services firm in Dublin. Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll be a strategic finance partner to the core business units. You’ll provide commercial insight and decision support that directly shapes performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with business unit managers to provide strategic analysis and actionable insights into performance.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, including multi-year forecasts aligned to commercial objectives.
• Reviewing key business metrics and drivers, and modelling scenarios to support business cases and strategic decisions.
• Identifying efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, and tracking the financial impact of investment plans.

Desirable Skills and Experience
