Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to own sales across Dublin and the wider Irish market for a fast-growing lifestyle hotel brand. This office-based role focuses on building relationships and turning connections into revenue.

You will drive revenue across corporate, leisure, MICE and agency segments, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and hotel teams to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within hotels, hospitality, travel or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Dublin corporate and leisure market.
• Established network of local and regional business contacts.
• Track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Dublin sales territory and opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, travel partners, DMCs.
• Develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline and revenue.
• Represent the brand at meetings, events, trade shows.
• Create and deliver account plans for key accounts.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and hotel teams.
• Monitor market activity and competitor performance.
• Organise client events, site inspections, fam trips and sales initiatives.
• Consistently deliver against sales and revenue targets.
• Be an ambassador for the brand's personality and values.
