Job summary

ABM Ireland is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Operations department to lead delivery of integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of corporate accounts. The role will focus on hard services, technical maintenance, and oversight of soft services with strong governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in Contract Manager or similar role within multi-site FM.
• Strong hard services and building engineering knowledge.
• Experience managing specialist subcontractors and service contracts.
• Experience delivering integrated FM services with SLA/KPI governance.
• Proficient CAFM and data reporting capabilities.
• Strong MS 365 skills and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior operational contact for account teams and client stakeholders.
• Manage full contract scope, service specs, SLAs, KPIs, governance.
• Lead performance reviews, action plans and escalations.
• Coordinate multi-site service delivery and reporting.
• Oversee hard services maintenance, asset records and lifecycle recommendations.
• Review technical scopes and permits for maintenance and projects.
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, performance, and invoicing.
• Oversee soft services and ensure standards.
• Ensure CAFM systems are used and data accuracy.
• Produce dashboards and reports.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, POs, cost-to-complete.
• Lead site managers and training.
• Travel between client sites.
