• Drive enhancements to ETF products in collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, engaging internal teams and external stakeholders as required
• Lead strategic initiatives from inception through delivery
• Serve as a key point of contact for ETF-related change, liaising across the business
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational readiness, and client requirements
