Job summary

CACEIS is seeking an ETF Senior Business Analyst to lead cross-functional ETF initiatives in a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland. You will drive product enhancements, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure alignment of business objectives with regulatory and operational standards.

The role requires 6–10 years in a business analyst or similar role within financial services, with ETF exposure, and a solid technical background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in financial services, preferably with ETFs or index funds.
• Ability to work with Operations, Product, Technology and external stakeholders (clients, custodians, administrators).
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETF product enhancements and data/reporting improvements.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements and project plans with ETF stakeholders.
• Coordinate design workshops to ensure compliant, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Track delivery timelines, manage risks, and escalate to ensure timely implementations.
• Own detailed project plans and contribute to data quality and system integrations.
