Job summary

CPL in Dublin is seeking a Vice President, ETF Product to drive the development and enhancement of ETF products and services within a global financial services context. This role spans product strategy, technology delivery, and cross-functional governance, partnering with stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal.

You will shape roadmaps, craft business cases, and translate complex requirements into scalable system designs while leveraging data insights to improve

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis within a complex enterprise environment.
• Exposure to ETF servicing or asset servicing is preferred.
• Experience with custody, fund accounting, transfer agency, derivatives or related operational functions is advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with API integrations, system connectivity, and data-driven processes.
• Strong data capabilities: data management, analytics, visualization, and metrics development.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ETF products and enhance existing ETF services.
• Translate business requirements into clear system designs and practical solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into practical system enhancements across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders throughout development.
