You will drive ETF product enhancements, manage cross-functional initiatives involving both internal and external stakeholders, and lead strategic initiatives across the ETF organisation.

As a key point of contact for ETF-related change, you will ensure business objectives, operational readiness, and client requirements are aligned and delivered effectively across the full initiative lifecycle.
