Job summary

CPL in Dublin is seeking a Vice President, ETF Product to drive the development and enhancement of ETF products and services within a global financial services context. This role spans product strategy, technology delivery, and cross-functional governance, partnering with stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis within a complex enterprise environment.
• Exposure to ETF servicing or asset servicing is preferred.
• Experience with custody, fund accounting, transfer agency, derivatives or related operational functions is advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with API integrations, system connectivity, and data-driven processes.
• Strong data capabilities: data management, analytics, visualization, and metrics development.

The organization’s Fund and Investor Solutions business is seeking a Vice President, ETF Product to join its team in Dublin. This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing and enhancing ETF products and services, working across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ETF Product & Innovation

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new ETF products and enhance existing ETF services.
• Apply a client-focused and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for product and process innovation.
• Develop business cases and supporting analysis to inform investment decisions and product enhancements.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and the ongoing evolution of the ETF offering.

Systems Analysis & Delivery

• Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear system designs and practical solutions.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver complex system enhancements.
• Support the analysis, design, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Help ensure solutions meet business, operational, and client requirements.

Data, Metrics & Process Improvement

• Partner with Service and Operations Management to analyze workforce deployment, process overlaps, operational gaps, productivity, and efficiency.
• Identify gaps in existing measurement frameworks and develop appropriate metrics and methodologies.
• Use data and analytical insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.

Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Use delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain effective governance.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and delivery status clearly to senior stakeholders.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in business analysis or systems analysis within a complex enterprise environment.
• Exposure to ETF servicing, ETF operations, or broader asset servicing.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Custody
  • Fund Accounting
  • Transfer Agency
  • Derivatives
  • Asset servicing or related operational functions
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with API integrations, system connectivity, and technology-enabled business processes.
• Strong data and analytical capabilities, including:
  • Data management and aggregation
  • Analytical reporting
  • Data visualization
  • Development and interpretation of operational metrics
• Experience with VBA, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and vision to senior stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
