Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of estimators, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and collaboration.
• Develop and implement estimating strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and project requirements.
• Oversee the tender process from initial inquiry to submission, ensuring timely and accurate completion of bid proposals.
• Conduct comprehensive cost estimates for civil engineering projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and indirect costs.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization, collaborating with design teams and subcontractors to maximize project value.
• Perform detailed risk assessments and sensitivity analyses to assess project viability and mitigate potential risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, representing the company professionally and ethically.
• Drive continuous improvement in estimating processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Package

• €70,000 - €80,000 DOE
