Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a leader to manage pre-construction and tendering for civil engineering projects across Ireland, including the Dublin region. You will coordinate with the Operations Director for Ireland and Europe from the Dublin office and drive bids for large-scale projects in energy, rail, and technology sectors.

The role focuses on assembling robust, compliant bids, leading teams, and delivering profitable tenders in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Estimation Capacity within Civil Engineering in Ireland.
• Must be based within commutable distance of South Dublin.
• Can-do attitude with willingness to work in a team and roll up sleeves.
• Able to attend face-to-face interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and win tenders from €5-40 million across Ireland in Civil Engineering works.
• Prepare robust, technically compliant bids that score well and land an award.
• Price high volumes of work in profitable sectors such as Energy, Rail & Technology.
• Drive the process and front clients, balancing risk vs reward.

Exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in a Pre-construction & tendering capacity. Working alongside the Operations Director for Ireland & Europe. Role is based from the DUBLIN office.

This civil engineering contractor are asked to price high volumes of work in profitable sectors such as the Energy, Rail & Technology Space.

With program, safety and cost certainty key especially within the Mission Critical space of Data Centre construction projects its a great time to be in this market!

Can you bring teams together, drive the process and front a client?

Have you led and won tenders from €5-40 Million across Ireland in Civil Engineering works such as :

• Ground works & earth moving
• Utilities

Working in this group means balancing RISK vs REWARD ! Can you sit with suppliers and clients and having Meaningful conversations. Can you produce robust and technically compliant bids that not only score well but land an award?

Following is crucial

• Experience in an Estimation Capacity within Civil Engineering in Ireland
• Must be based within commutable distance of South DUBLIN
• Can do attitude, willingness to work in a team and roll the sleeves up when needed . A desire to not only hit the business plan but to SMASH it .
• Able to attend face to face interviews
