Uber Eats is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager in Ireland to own and grow relationships with top Enterprise Partners. You will drive revenue growth, craft strategic plans and lead multi-faceted deals, partnering with global teams to accelerate market penetration in Ireland.

You will leverage data to guide decisions, optimize delivery experiences, and align cross-functional teams to deliver superior value to partners and users alike.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in account management or a comparable commercial role with senior-level exposure.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
• Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with Enterprise accounts and act as a strategic advisor at HQ level.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate complex multi-faceted deals.
• Drive operational improvements with partners to enhance delivery experience.
• Develop joint growth plans to expand to new locations or business models.
• Quantify initiatives using data to prioritise high ROI activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Central Ops to implement feedback.
